We prioritise daily shipments to ensure your shoes reach you as soon as possible.

Shipment

All orders are sent with GLS to your nearest parcel shop or directly to your private address.

Liability during transport

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, FootFolk is no longer responsible for the parcel or its delivery. For delays or loss in transit, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to assist you.

Full return right

You have a 14-day full return right when you purchase shoes from us.

Return procedure

  1. Email us at [email protected].
  2. Print the provided return label.
  3. Pack the items securely.
  4. Affix the return label to the package.
  5. Drop the package off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.

Free return for exchanges

We cover the return postage (39 kr.) for exchanges. To have return postage covered:

  • Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange to.
  • Email [email protected] with the two order numbers you wish to exchange.

Notes

  • Shipping costs on the new order are not free.
  • Free return for exchanges applies only within Denmark.
  • For a full refund, products must be returned in their original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Products may be returned if they have been tried on, provided they are in the same condition as when received.
  • Pack items securely and, where possible, reuse the packaging you received.
