30-day price match
Never worry about buying at the wrong time. If our price drops, or you find the same pair cheaper on a site with the same domain ending as the shop you bought from, we refund the difference — down to the price they are selling at.

If our price drops
If the price of the product you bought is reduced within 30 days of your order, we refund the difference. Email us with the order number and we will arrange it.
If you find it cheaper elsewhere
If you find the exact same product at a lower price at another retailer within 30 days, we match that price and refund the difference. You end up at the price they sell at — not that price plus one of our discount codes. Send a link we can open and check.
How to request it
- 1
Contact us within 30 days of purchase — email or the contact form.
- 2
Give us your order number.
- 3
Send a public link to the product (or other proof of the price).
- 4
Once we have confirmed, we refund the difference to the original payment method.
Conditions
- The product must be identical: same brand, model, colour and size, and it must be in stock and available to buy at the competitor when we check.
- The lower price must be public, current and verifiable — not a screenshot without a link, not an expired campaign.
- The competitor’s website must use the same country domain as the Footfolk shop you ordered from. On footfolk.eu that means a .eu site.
- We compare the product’s selling price, not shipping, gifts-with-purchase or loyalty points.
- A price match cannot be combined with extra discount codes, newsletter codes or other offers on our site. You get the competitor’s price — not that price minus another code.
- If you already used a discount on the order, we only refund down to the competitor’s price. We do not go below it.
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
What we do not match
- Obvious pricing mistakes, technical errors, placeholder prices, or listings clearly below normal market pricing.
- Marketplaces and third-party sellers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace), auctions, used, refurbished, or outlet with a different SKU.
- Member prices, login walls, bulk discounts, bundles, or codes we cannot see and reproduce.
- Physical stores without a public price on a site with the matching domain ending.
- Items we no longer sell, or orders that have already been returned.
