I have used barefoot shoes for almost 2 years and really looked for a place in Jutland where you can try the shoes before buying.     I warmly recommend Footfolk. They have a great assortment and deliver good customer service. We had bought a pair of kids’ shoes where the sole came loose at the heel after minimal use. We contacted Footfolk about repair or replacement. They replied kindly and refunded the full amount without further questions. That is praiseworthy and great service.

    Absolutely fantastic service. Really good communication. I had ordered a pair of boots, but by mistake they were not in stock. I was immediately offered a similar, slightly more expensive pair for the same price. I accepted, and the next day I had them — something you rarely experience when shopping online.     I rarely buy shoes online because I have often experienced delays and wrong sizes elsewhere. But Footfolk was a really good experience — easy ordering, fast delivery. I bought both shoes and boots from Be Lenka, and as someone with slightly flat feet I was surprised how much better the fit and comfort were than expected. Ordering, delivery and customer service — all excellent!
