The Tinkee from Be Lenka is a barefoot ballerina built for small feet that are still growing into themselves. The mesh textile upper has a subtle sparkle woven in, so it works just as well for kindergarten as it does for a birthday party. The upper and lining are both textile, keeping the shoe light and breathable through active days. The hook and loop strap with rubber pull tab means she can manage it herself, which matters more than most adults remember.
