I have used barefoot shoes for almost 2 years and really looked for a place in Jutland where you can try the shoes before buying. If you are a first-time buyer or interested in barefoot shoes and come from Jutland, stop by Footfolk — they will guide you well.

    I warmly recommend Footfolk. They have a great assortment and deliver good customer service. We had bought a pair of kids’ shoes where the sole came loose at the heel after minimal use. We contacted Footfolk about repair or replacement. They replied kindly and refunded the full amount without further questions. That is praiseworthy and great service.

    Absolutely top service at Footfolk and ALWAYS a wish to find the right pair for each person. We buy all our shoes here for two adults and three children, and if there are special wishes (especially from picky teenagers), Andreas always finds something they like or orders it in for them.

    Absolutely fantastic service. Really good communication. I had ordered a pair of boots, but by mistake they were not in stock. I was immediately offered a similar, slightly more expensive pair for the same price. I accepted, and the next day I had them — something you rarely experience when shopping online.     I rarely buy shoes online because I have often experienced delays and wrong sizes elsewhere. But Footfolk was a really good experience — easy ordering, fast delivery. I bought both shoes and boots from Be Lenka, and as someone with slightly flat feet I was surprised how much better the fit and comfort were than expected. Ordering, delivery and customer service — all excellent!
